Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). Thank you for your hospitality!

Set in Jiaoxi, Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa features views of the city. The property is around 7 minutes' walk from Jiaoxi Hot Springs Park and 10 minutes' walk from Tangweigou Springs Park. Their staff were very friendly, thoughtful & helpful. Always with a bright smile. Service was excellent!!!Thankful and lucky for the free upgrade of room. It was my first visit and I will definitely be back if I visit Yilan again. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy!! There are free snacks and drinks too. Rooms slipper are SUPER comfy, it is made in good quality. Close to 7-11 and other stores. Few mins of walking distance. Nearby bus stations too!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The kids loved their beds and was really in love with the slide in the room. The room was clean and breakfast was great! Owner is really friendly and was ready to attend to our requests at all times.

My room was upgraded free to a deluxe family room, with good Mountain View. The free shuttle bus is convenient to commute to the train station. Everything in the room is clean and well-designed to suit the needs of a family with kids. Kids will never feel bored with the toys in the room and the children’s playroom on the third floor! Highly recommended for family vacations.

Boasting natural hot spring bath and free WiFi access, Cuncyue Hot Spring Resort is located in Luodong, only a 5-minute walk from Luodong Railway Station. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. We loved our private hotspring with views overlooking the town. We didn’t hear much noise from trains or other people. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile when greeting us. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. They offer more variety on the weekends vs weekdays but still great breakfast choices. The hotel is close to the night market but walking there is not easy due to the very narrow streets in Luodong. Overall would definitely stay here again if we return to Luodong!

MU Jiaoxi is composed of 2 buildings, MU Jiaoxi Hotel and MU Jiao Xi Reserve, they are across a street. Each building has its own check-in front desk and free parking area. Great location and clean property. Rooms are warm and cosy.
