He made me feel like my time in Can Tho will be amazing because of his amazing help. I think that's one of the thing we look for most when choosing great hotels are great staffs. On top of this, the cleaners and Spa was also super amazing. The staffs like Thuy An goes out of their way help. I extended my stay at this hotel due to the amazing staffs, and amenities.

Excellent breakfast and really nice dinners where you can sit on a dock overlooking the lake. Easy access by hotel boat the a large floating market. The excellent outing we did one morning with a wonderful guide- Wing- who took us on a hike through local villages where we met a farmer and learned about farming there. We also learned a lot from Wing about local life and culture which we loved. The boat trip there was wonderful too and the nice picnic on the boat at the end of the trip was good too.

We left a wallet in a taxi and the hotel took care a lot, call the taxi, find it and sent to us at home in Hanoi. Congratulations to the team!

All of them were worth the expense but hands down the “Lush countryside” excursion was the best! Trung was a great guide and seeing how the locals lived and their livelihoods was great. The bike ride is easy and so worthwhile! Great hotel, fantastic breakfast and lots of options for dinner. Would definitely go back!
