The boat itself was one of the nicest in the bay (if not the nicest). The first time you open the courtains, you are blown away by the view. The crew is absurdly attentive and helpful. The amount of food available is just obscene (especially during the daytrips). The activities are well recommended (Cat Ba is definitely worth seeing). I think the best option is a 2 night cruise - attend the daytrip on day 2 and stay onboard on day 3. Thank me later :)

As Ha Long Bay becomes increasingly crowded — with ports overflowing with tourists and caves packed to the point where there's barely space to walk and the main route is jammed with Cruises and Boats...

Absolutely fabulous! This was the best seafood we have ever eaten, always incredibly fresh. We even watched the fishermen unload their catch from the boat each day, which made the experience feel so authentic. Don’t hesitate to book two nights and three days; it is absolutely worth it! Our guide, Quang, made the trip even more special. He explained every detail with passion and joined us for all the activities, fishing, hiking, biking, and kayaking. His presence truly enhanced the whole experience. It’s true that the boat is pretty quiet, playing karaoke only until 10 PM, which actually adds to the charm and doesn’t disturb the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was an amazing trip — unforgettable from start to finish!

I loved Luxury Homestay Vinhomes. Nido is the perfect host. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and offers every possible service free of charge. Truly one of the best and most attentive hosts I've ever met. Ha Long is beautiful, and the property's location is just a few minutes' drive from the city center and the port, and just a few minutes' walk from everything you need. Highly recommended if you're visiting Ha Long.

We had a lovely time on the cruise! The scenery was beautiful as well as the ship. We were in contact with Stefan before the cruise and got a wonderful upgrade to a very luxurious suite. We did the kayaking in the morning which was really nice.
