Overall, the experience was a 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

The hotel is centrally located, close to tourist attractions in a busy area but it’s quiet at night so you can have a good sleep.

They literally helped me in everything. They planned my trip all over Hanoi, booked all my tickets to Halong bay, Danang bus and a flight! They were always checking up on me on WhatsApp if i need any help or recommendations to try new restaurants or to help if i am lost. The hotel combines coziness and clean atmosphere and it reflects the Vietnamese culture. You will love it!

It felt like we had a family with Danny, Felix, Jenny, Lovey, Mia, Daisy and Lilly. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Daisy and Lilly. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.
