Staff are helpful and nice, even bring your drinks to you if needed. Exceptional breakfast with fresh egg and soup stations. Would stay here again!

Loved the jacuzzi bar! Had an amazing stay at the Sakurakyo hotel at sunset town. A special shout out to the General Manager. She took time to chat to me everyday, make suggestions and helped to organise things. She bagged me and my son access to their jacuzzi bar. Amazing views of the firework show from there. The staff were really attentive and helpful. The hotel is very well situated. Spacious and well appointed room. Thank you to the entire team for 4 wonderful night!

Special shoutout to all the staff who are extremely courteous and helpful. They will try and solve all your issues. And special mention for Mr. Lee who helped us a lot along the whole trip. Super friendly staff and the breakfasts were some of the best on the Island. Perfect location in Sunset Town, everything was walkable and easy to navigate.

The staff were very apologetic and gifted us with a fruit platter to make up for it.
