The park is beautiful is green in silent, so relaxing. The beach is small but very cosy together with the pool and restaurant. Staff is super friendly and helpful to arrange everything for you.

We had a birthday and the staff left a cute birthday message on the bed. Fireworks looks great from our sea-facing balcony, and the whole hotel smells nice. I really liked the many wall paintings adorning the lobby and restaurant. Great theming throughout the hotel and the staff are all so friendly. All the them are very proactive and some of them speak great English. The free buggy service around sunset town was easy to use and really convenient. The spa was very good as well. We enjoyed it a lot. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area. Hope to come back again!

It was a truly wonderful stay at Casepia hotel. The staff were very helpful especially Karol and David, who helped us with anything we needed. The breakfast was a la carte and the meals were very filling and delicious. Our room was very spacious and clean. The aroma of the linen and towels will definitely stick with us! Our room also had a spectacular view of the town, ocean and an incredible sunset. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Phu Quoc!

Very convenient and quiet. Free bus #17 and #19 are just down the road. The free bus ride from Airport to Grand World with various stops. The owner pick us up from airport when we arrived, we didn’t know about the free bus ride at that time, she is very helpful during our stay. Washer machine, toaster and coffee maker are available.
