The tent was perfect for our family and very close to Addo National Park. The property is very peaceful and we saw lots of wildlife from the tent. The food was perfect and Mike and Marietjie shared lots about the area and the wildlife we saw during our stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Located on a private concession within the malaria free Addo Elephant National Park, River Bend Lodge offers luxury accommodation, spa facilities and private game drives. Free WiFi is available. Between the food, staff, location and the game drives, everything was perfect! 2 night stay was amazing and the food was delcious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The peaceful location, the breathtaking view from the room (over the Zuurberg Mountains) and the friendly, personalised service. Camp Figtree is situated at 2km from the road, due to which you can enjoy total silence. The only sounds that you hear come from nature: birds, wildlife, … We were warmly welcomed by the General Manager, who received us with homemade Icetea. He showed us around the premises and brought us to the room. Camp Figtree also has a good restaurant with a terrace overviewing the mountains. The restaurant is very cosy. We sat next to an open fire and enjoyed our candlelight dinner. The food was very fresh and it tasted delicious! This morning, we also had a friendly encounter with the Lodge Manager. It was not a problem at all to stay a bit longer. He said we could even stay for lunch if we wanted. I will defintely stay here again on my next visit to South Africa!

Gorah Elephant Camp is situated in the malaria-free Addo Elephant National Park. It features a spacious swimming pool and an open patio offering views of the water hole. Free Wi-Fi is available. Unreal location. The game drives are superb. Guides are phenomenal. Such an amazing experience. I would recommend three nights if you can swing it, just to get the best chances of good sightings.

This is a lovely lodge that has a safari theme and is dedicated to giraffe game drives: do not miss this! They do not have wild animals so you can get off the safari vehicle and walk next to the giraffes!! That was such a highlight! The room was as advertised and the dinner we booked was very nourishing and good: but the giraffe drive was amazing!

Situated in a beautifully tended garden, Gerald’s Gift Guest House offers luxurious accommodation on the banks of the Coerny River. Clean, safe and friendly people. Food was great too!
