Super friendly staff especially Naveen at reception. We were able to check in early which was great. Large comfy beds and location wise right in the middle of everything. We were able to park our oversized car on the outside area - but we got lucky there was a spot left as it’s first come first serve. Our dog could stay with us without a problem. :)

I like the location of this hotel in the downtown of Ottawa. The hotel and the room are clean. The staffs at the front desk of the hotel were quite friendly. The check in and check out were quite smoth. The self servided laundry was convenient and helpful.

    The location is excellent, and the room is adequately clean. Everything else, however, is average. In fact, the hotel on the whole is a little underwhelming for a downtown Marriott in a major metropolis.
