Beds were super comfy, close to restaurants downstairs, buffet breakfast was amazing. We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6.

The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Disney, Lane 11, downtown, airport. One of the staff, Mr Joy Lu, is extremely helpful. He goes extra miles to ensure that our stay are comfortable and guide us to activate DiDi, and also Meituan. Excellent service by all the staffs in this hotel. The hotel also provides free washer and dryers. Exceeded expectations.

The executive lounge was next level (literally), the facilities were great and the staff were brilliant. We had a corner room and would highly recommend it as the view is amazing! We booked a king corner, with executive lounge access. The lounge paid for itself as the meal in the evening had so much to it, as did the breakfast. Plus cocktails and drinks in the evening - all included. A great location as well for metro and taxis.
