We stayed there for three nights and it was amazing The staffs was so nice They don’t have a bell boy but the receptionist was kind enough to take our bags to the room And the location is excellent..it’s close to several restaurants,supermarkets,pharmacy and others It’s a good value for money:)

Some staff were not very friendly. Needed more bar staff when big groups are booked in, service very slow and one staff did not know how to pour a wine.

Super clean and smells great throughout - clean bathroom, clean room, clean linen, toilet itself needed some domestos to clean some old stains but that’s it. The reception area and dining areas were clean and inviting. The location is perfect for the Stade der France stadium - walking distance to the stadium - 2kms / Metro 13 station is a 2 min walk and 1 stop away from the stadium - it’s amazing. Receptionist as amazing and helped us with earlier check in and a parking spot underground. Best hotel in Saint Denis

Warm welcome, personal did their best, cleaning lady very sweet, comfortable beds, great communicating rooms and correct price. Good breakfast, good position geographically for the occasion, and great gym.

The property is pretty new on the block, we just had a night stay over before we left Paris on our road trip. The staff is super friendly, quick and helpful. The rooms were big, when compared to most rooms in Paris, and extremely clean! Definitely worth the price!
