I was a bit disappointed there was no free coffee in the lobby area. I had to buy one at the cafe for $4. Also would have liked a mini continental breakfast Noemi our desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent stay, would happily return.  The only fault I could find is no soap pump at the hand basin (it is mounted to the wall in the tub area) and if that's your biggest problem - your week is going very, very well.  Great TV coverage, strong wifi, fridge, very nice staff.  The mini shop in the lobby is not ridiculously priced and useful - due to lack of local mini marts in all of Indianapolis downtown area.  Very central location, walking to most venues is simple and quick.  You certainly won't need a car or taxis etc.

We came in for the BOA grand nationals band competition. The staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. The hotel is connected to the convention center and made it easy to walk around. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.
