Marriott Hotels in Pensacola

The trusted Courtyard Marriott name is what prompted me to book here. Any time that I'm going somewhere unfamiliar and need hotel accommodations, I know that I don't have to worry about cleanliness, security, or comfort. Those things are always top priorities at your hotels.

Breakfast was not free, and a cup of coffee cost 3.50. There was not much at all that I liked about my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The TV was not very good, the bathroom fan sounded like it would blow up. The set up of the bed, TV and sofa sleeper was not comfortable at all. The sofa bed was curved and there was no comfortable way to set on it. I will not stay there again.

Armani was super kind and tried to make up for the higher price by upgrading us to a suite so overall we felt she went over and above to make things right... the facilities were clean and what you would expect for a Marriott and in a great location for traveling families. We will definitely stay there again.

I thought that I was booking a hotel that offered free breakfast. I stayed at at Marriott in Puerto Rico that offered free breakfast. I was disappointed about that.
