Furthermore, the breakfast service was well-appointed, and the staff demonstrated exceptional kindness.

It was super easy and fair to book online thru the app, which i was happy about but it was when I arrived to the hotel that was the best experience because everything was super easy to check in. Pearl the concierge was very helpful in checking in and explained everything to accommodate my stay. She made feel extremely welcome and was very helpful. I couldn't be happier. The stay was the most relaxing stay I've had in Prince George in a long time. Keep up the awesome work and a great positive observation on Pearls customer service.

We had been traveling ALL day and checked in late and they were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.They followed up with a phone call to make certain we were comfortable and THEN sent us a special welcome gift/belated birthday gift to our room the next day!!! So thoughtful!
