The presence of a facility adjacent to the reception, offering easy access to buy beverages and other necessities, was also a welcome feature. Furthermore, the breakfast service was well-appointed, and the staff demonstrated exceptional kindness.

It was super easy and fair to book online thru the app, which i was happy about but it was when I arrived to the hotel that was the best experience because everything was super easy to check in. Pearl the concierge was very helpful in checking in and explained everything to accommodate my stay. She made feel extremely welcome and was very helpful. I couldn't be happier. The stay was the most relaxing stay I've had in Prince George in a long time. Keep up the awesome work and a great positive observation on Pearls customer service.

With an ideal location in Vancouver’s entertainment district, this luxurious Vancouver hotel offers eight diverse restaurants and lounge options. Kyna, the guest service’s person who checked us in was absolutely fabulous to us. We had been traveling ALL day and checked in late and they were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.They followed up with a phone call to make certain we were comfortable and THEN sent us a special welcome gift/belated birthday gift to our room the next day!!! So thoughtful!

Service personnel are very kind and professional. A pity no freshly squeezed orange juice is available. Your receptionist Sweta is exceptional.
