Distance was decent. View was ok. The lobby floor restaurant was a highlight of our stay, the staff were nice and attentive. And for the room itself it’s one of the few hotels in recent years that don’t have carpeted flooring.

This is one of few hotels in the heart of old Quebec that has free charging for electric vehicles. It is also very close to all of the city attractions and restaurants.

We didnt see any staff, execpt for the first day, a nice lady, but I rated Excellent for cleanliness and this lady. The rooms were very confortable, well distributed, kind of architectural and even if there were other people, we always felt like we were the only ones. As everybody sadis, the location is the best for this place. And I liked the fact that you come and go anytime, as there s a password to the door, no need of someone opening it.

Great location - but not super great - would have been better if closer to Chateau Fremont. Observer very limited number of staff but hotel was also not highly occupied. Staffs were knowledgeable and seems to be multitasking with various hotel operations. Seemed more like a boutique hotel than Marriott.

The parking garage was not well suited for a larger vehicle - we drove an expedition. This was not asked or disclosed so a bit problematic for parking and maneuvering in and out. Garage is also poorly lit. Staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. Hotel restaurant was nice but service was extremely slow and meals were expensive based on portions. Location is superb for getting around and convenient for walking and bus availability.

The registration lady was very friendly and helpful!

We loved this hotel and in fact, once home, other family members booked their own visit to Quebec City staying at this hotel! The hotel is over 180 years old so it doesn't have the polish of new hotels, but it has tons of charm. Best of all, it faces the St Lawrence River and is only a block from the Chateau Frontenac landmark and Rue de Petite Champlain, the oldest street in north america, as well as other historic locations. We walked everyone and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this hotel and this city!!

Room was large and this was one of the few hotels I stayed at during my trip where the air conditioning seemed to cope with the unusually high temperatures outside at the time.

Great location, rooms are well equipped with kitchenette and very nicely distributed. Cafe staff very friendly.
