Shanghai Marriott Hotel Kangqiao ligt op korte afstand van het bruisende centrum van Shanghai, het Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park en Shanghai Disney Resort. Beds were super comfy, close to restaurants downstairs, buffet breakfast was amazing. We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6.

It was my first time in China, so choosing a convenient location with practical amenities such as transportation and room essentials were important. This hotel was beyond of what I expected. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, free mini bar were all there. Not to mention the free shuttle to Disneyland & back, and the airport. This location will definitely be my go to when I come back to Shanghai, and I will - no questions asked.
