Room as described. Comfy bed and pillows. Good Wi-Fi. Access to David Lloyd Leisure Club. Buffet breakfast very good with a lot of variety. Front desk staff and breakfast staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Parking is free for customers - just have to register your vehicle on first day. Great history associated with hotel and surrounding buildings relating to when it previously was an airport and changes since new one has been built.

room quite tatty and general cleanliness poor for a hotel as Delta

The warm association with staff and back packers I found great. Their storys they were welcome to share of their journey of how they became to be in Liverpool and their expedition ahead I found totally fascinating.

The room was spacious, decorated lovely and had a gorgeous bathroom. The staff were exceptional, and this is one of few hotels which provide parking in the city centre (free for guests). Breakfast was lovely, with unlimited tea or coffee.

Location was perfect. Near enough to all attractions so walking was no problem but far enough away to make it quiet at night. Also the free parking was a bonus as very few hotels provide it. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for solo travellers and families. The view from my window was exceptional.

The location is great, especially for the M & S Arena. It's also one of the few hotels in the centre with secure parking. The water pressure in the shower is great.

I have stayed at Aloft on several occasions as it is in an excellent city centre location. The retention of original features and architecture on the ground floor reception, bar and restaurant is impressive. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and comfortable. The staff were all good. The Manager was very professional ( see below)
