The location to LCY can't be beat. And thank goodness because one of checked bags decided to stay an additional night in Amsterdam. Being at this location made it easy for me to be reunited with my bag the following day. Each time I am at this hotel, I always have a wonderful experience, especially since I am greeted with a warm welcome. The staff are exceptional, especially those working in the bar/dining/lounge area. Love the breakfast selections! My room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. A great location to spend some time relaxing.

Dit moderne hotel in de lommerrijke buurt Maida Vale ligt op 6 minuten te voet van het metrostation Kilburn Park (op de Bakerloo Line). We took a family room with 2 double beds. The room is spacious and comfortable, very comfortable beds, only missing a closet to put clothes but we managed inside the suitcases. Every day they clean and change towels, and you get bottles of water every day which is great. There is a safe, a refrigerator and we didn't lack anything. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful with any questions. In short, a perfect hotel if you ignore its location which is quite remote but not really bothersome because the transport in London is great and you use it anyway, so 20 minutes and you are in the center of things. Highly recommend the hotel and the staff.

This magnificent 5-star hotel offers luxurious air-conditioned rooms in London's West End. Guests can dine at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, and use the on-site gym. The rooms are very good as well as the hotel with very friendly staff. The location is excellent with everything near by like public transport.

Dit historische 5-sterren Marriott-hotel heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op de Big Ben en de Theems en beschikt over een zwembad. From the moment we booked till we got home, the staff made immense effort to make us, and especially my 6 year old son special. They helped us with upgrading and getting a perfect room for a family of 4, with wonderful views of the big ben, added parts of their VIK (very important kid) package and a teddy that waited for us upon check in. The boys were greeted with balloons and jelly cart upon arrival and we had drawing materials left in the room upon our request. This place while luxurious doesn't make you feel out of place as a family, which is always a gentle balance that they got just right. Location is perfect and within walking distance from most things. Highly recommend this and we will definitely be back.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Veel keuze bij het ontbijt. De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend.
