Just 1 km from Tiruchirapalli Railway Station, Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli offers an outdoor pool and fitness centre. It also has free parking and a 24-hour front desk. I experienced the best customer service I've ever had in over 35 years travelling the world. Mr Prem, the Front Office Manager, and his colleague Mr Timan, went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. i won't go into detail, however their efforts enabled my safe and timely return to the UK after my stay in Trichy. My sincere thanks to them both. The hotel itself is well equipped, clean and comfortable, meeting all of a traveller's wants and needs.

Courtyard by Marriott is situated in Chennai’s central business district, a 15-minute drive from Marina Beach. Overall stay was comfortable and really loved the room. Quite a old property but it was neat and clean. Customer services was excellent.
