Additionally, the bell service team, especially the three gentlemen from Nepal, were nothing short of outstanding. They exemplify what it means to deliver world-class hospitality. Their kindness, efficiency, and readiness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. In fact, their impeccable service often compensated for areas where the front office fell short. Several fellow guests we spoke to while waiting for the shuttle bus also shared similar high praise for these individuals.
