Good location - walking distance to restaurants and stores. (You have to cross wide, busy streets so it's not pleasant but do-able.) I enjoyed my stay here.

Our apartment was on the first floor just beside the lake and the big chess which the kids loved playing in the morning while we got organized.

The staff and management is very hard working and they Will go to moon and stars to ensure your stay is satisfying. The pleasant smiles from both the young lady in the Arabic wear and the managers and the breakfast buffet. Around my stay I bump into the managers in the elevator and they as well was very pleasant to ask how are you and if you are enjoying your stay. Valet Parking is 100% effective and efficent. The guys who help you with your luggage also cool and friendly. House Keeping Ladies are a gem, they do an marvelous job in cleaning your suite and also they are trustworthy, i left all of my electronic devices; laptop camera go pro etc on the table and they did not even moved it. This is my third time in this hotel, we take an overnight in MIAMI between international flights from Central America to Europe. We stay at this hotel with the sole purpose of shopping at the Dolphin mall. This hotel is very clean, comfortable and close to the shopping center. Only 2 minute walk to door 4, you walk safely through the parking lot. Its very safe and well lit at night. Super clean which is a huge plus!! They also have drinks and snacks in the lobby. Light cooking cafeteria available.
