Even though it is an old Motel, I was very happy overall staying there. It was very clean and staff and owners were very friendly.

This is an old motel so your expectations should be set with that in mind. Having said that the room was spotlessly clean and warm. It had a modern smart tv and the complimentary wifi was more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable. The proprietor was friendly, obliging and very accomodating of my needs over two nights. This was my second stay here in the last month and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. As I said at the start this is an older motel but it ticks all the boxes for budget conscious and convenient accommodation.

The room was lovely and modern, most comfortable bed i have slept in a motel.
The room was extremely clean and good value for money.
Would definately recommend this motel if staying in Shepparton

The room and fittings bed were all well above average value for money was excellent. The quality of this room equaled or was better than the best motels i have stayed in at Melbourne and Sydney. The spa was clean and of good size.
Free nibblies as well could not be more pleased with the whole motel and staff.

Proximity to the town was ideal, with Mexican food adjoining the motel and rsl club a block away, further on you have the shepparton club with friendly staff and great food, Complimentary red wine and nibbles on arrival was a added bonus not seen these days.

I did not have breakfast this motel was great for a last minute stay on my way to another location. It was clean value for money a little road noise but very convenient. The building is a little dated but clean

Wonderful reception staff on arrival. Amazing free complimentary nibbles pack with a bottle of wine 🍷, 2 bottles of water, KitKat chocolate and chips. Clean and really comfy bed. Would highly recommend this motel

Clean updated room with choice of pillows, hot strong shower and easy access to the lake and into town. One of the more budget motels but plenty for us for one night.
