I had a wonderful stay at Kaikoura Quality Suites on Beach Road. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk, which made it really convenient for my Kaikoura whale watching tour (an easy and scenic stroll away). The room itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed and a strong, hot shower. I especially loved the private balcony, which offered a stunning view of the snow-capped mountain, such a treat to wake up to! The room included a small kitchen area, which was great for breakfast and snacks (note: there was no hob, but everything else I needed was there). While the accommodation is a short drive from the town centre, it felt peaceful and well-placed, just a bit far to walk for dinner, but perfect if you have a car. The host was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for a relaxing, scenic base in Kaikoura.

very beautiful appartment, had everything we needed and we instantly felt at home there :) Furthermore the host was really kind, helpful and always replied very quickly! Also the location was perfect to explore Kaikoura. We would definitely stay there again!
