Older motel. Large room with a very comfortable king bed, and a wall divider between the bedroom area and the kitchen. Full kitchen including stove, sink etc. Clean.

Comfy bed, free breakfast, free parking, no additional deposit. Smaller pool/jacuzzi had heating.

Very clean. Good parking in front of room. Nice pool. Good coffee in the morning. Very friendly people. Good location.

Rooms were recently renovated to a very good standard, with the motel in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from London Bridge. Also there are several good restaurants in close proximity e.g. Angelina’s Italian Kitchen Whilst the foyer/reception are is still undergoing renovation, the staff at reception (Barb and Terri) were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, dealing with any questions promptly and professionally.

The motel is located close by London Bridge, which seems to the tourist center of Lake Havasu City, with a waterfront, restaurants and shops (late business hours though). The motel as a heated clean pool and convenient parking. The beds were very comfy and bathroom all clean. Very friendly staff.

I liked the location and the value. I was passing through on a motorcycle ride with friends and this was a price point I preferred over other options. I have stayed at this motel previously when it had a different name. This room appeared to have been recently updated. The shower was spacious and appreciated after a long day on a bike.

Location was great. The motel is deep into remodeling. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing, never ran out of anything. The motel room was very clean and spacious.

Nice fully renovated room, close to the lake. Perfect for a one night stop during our journey in AZ. Only during the day, construction work still ongoing to continue renovating the entire motel. It will be superb in a few months
