I like it all. As for the front desk the lady's they know who are. I wanted to let y'all know that, y'all was perfect hands down. With some the crap y'all deal with yal deserve a raise and if y'all don't get it your bosses need to be fired. Y'all need at least a dollar raise. Thank you two lady.

Front desk assistant Mike was cordial, helpful, polite, and friendly. He even met us at our room and turned on the televison for us as a courtesy. We didn't expect this but we were delighted he did so. The room was clean and housekeeping came by nearly each day around the same time, just before 10:00 a.m. The microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator were clean. The environment was very quiet, the pillows were nice and fluffy and we slept soundly each night of our stay.

Bed was comfortable -- I had driven for 12 hours from Louisiana and I wanted good rest; room was adequately large (I was alone but it would be plenty big for a couple). It was easy to reach off the Interstate, The value was excellent. Check=in includes a warning "you have 15 minutes to approve or check your room"; no room changes after this". That seems a bit rigorous; what if the shower handle falls off later, or there's a water leak, or electrical outlets cease to work; none of this happened during my stay but if it had, I would have wanted the issue to be taken care of.

    I booked online and received a confirmation for the room. When we arrived, we were told the motel has no more available rooms. The man at the front desk said " we overbook to make sure we're full, we had 10 rooms available and booked 22, what are you going to do about it" His words exactly. The place was almost empty and I think he just refused to let us stay. We were a couple with two kids.

    The facility was average for what I would expect at the lower price but the occupants made me feel uneasy and they made noise late at night and early in the morning. I suspect some of these are long-term residents with families. Traffic noise is an issue on both sides of the Motel. The door lock on my first room did not work possibly due to the colder temperatures? I heard another woman cancelling her room because it smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be non-smoking.

    I canceled my reservation with the motel because they did not specify their was a security deposit required when I called. I went to check in and that's when I was told about it.
