As a Solo traveler I felt safe, good location in a safer part of La Redondo beach(pier) is a 5 minute walk and is gorgeous

Updated exterior paint... Looking great now. Same as my last visit, great comfort, clean, spacious rooms, superior mattresses. My son was very happy about how good he slept. The floor is not carpet which really helps if you have allergies.

Excellent communication. Friendly and helpful reception and cleaning staff. Airport shuttle was a brilliant bonus. Many fast food eateries nearby to suit most budgets. Easy access to LA locations.

Excellent place to stay in Los Angeles. The price was just perfect, reasonable and affordable, and the room and location were very quiet. I loved staying in a classic old-school style US motel. The owner was helpful and welcoming, and I appreciated the extra blanket he provided as it was chilly! The fridge in the room was also helpful, as were the two communal microwaves. Redondo Beach Metro station is within walking distance to travel to LAX and other parts of LA. There's a good Jack in the Box fast food place nearby, as well as a Target supermarket. The area felt safe.
