Location was perfect for the work I was doing, staff was very friendly, room was clean and warm, free wifi, and you can park right in front of your room. Great for unloading/loading your belongings. Usually stay there for a few days every year.

I totally appreciate that the management/staff/ownership were professional, considerate, polite, and ready and willing to help whenever one needs assistance. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. All that a guest needs is seen to in a most positive and personable manner. To put it all in one word....AWESOME! Thank you all at Melsask Motel. The Den was a great motel all around. Very quiet, clean and a super price point. We had the (like new) kitchen and all the assessories to make our own food. It was great.
I was expecting the motel room to be old and shabby for the price so I was surprised to see that it had been updated sometime in the past 5 years or so. It was small & compact. However I can see where maintenance & better cleanings are needed to keep it in this condition.
Stayed a night here travelling through Estevan en route to Saskatoon from the US. Absolute hidden gem of a place conveniently located right off the highway. Cost-effective and affordable, the room was cozy, clean, quiet, and had everything you need. Not to mention how friendly the owners are.
Certainly surpassed my expectations for a budget motel. Definitely recommend this place if you're travelling through the area.

We were looking for a “motel” style as we were travelling with our dog. This fit the bill. Although the motel was a little dated, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, fridge and coffee maker available. We were pulling a trailer and there was room to park it within view of the room. Other guests were able to park in front of their rooms. Restaurant on site. McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, A&W and Tim Hortons all within walking distance.

The breakfast was absolute shit . Biggest ripoff i have ever seen. The toaster must have come from a garbage dump. The rooms are filthy and stink. This motel should be burn,t down . Booking . com should be embarrassed to even offer this on there web site. I quess they just do not give a shit except for making money Shame on you
