Novotel Hotels in Hong Kong

One of the best staff / Customer Service / Very Professional and Friendly Value/Pricing One of the BEST LOCATION. I stayed for 5 days in HK and booked (just tried) a decent hotel in Sha-tin (Courtyard), Nice building - but after 2 days, i requested an early checkout and went straight to Novotel Citygate. Aside from Novitel's nuce location- THE BIG DIFFERENCE is the STAFF.

I love everything about Novotel Citygate. All staffs are nice and can understand English. It's very easy to communicate with them, They allowed early check-in and they have fast check-out too. The location is very convenient. There's a path inside the Citygate Outlet. It is also 10-15 min walk to Tung Chung Station. They have free airport shuttle too :) During our stay, the swimming pool was opened so we were able to relax and enjoy!

Unlike at the Auckland Airport Novotel, check in staff were friendly and very efficient. The rooms are tired, as many respondents have noted (showers over baths are not acceptable these days...for God's sake rip out the baths and install big, spacious shower boxes!) but they are clean and quiet. There's a fine pool and heaps to do as there is a mega mall below the hotel. If you like that sort of thing. But plenty of dining options and all in all a fair experience.
