New ZealandGreat location, very clean and tidy, staff were so kind, friendly and helpful specially Anshika, very close to everything and nice city view from the room. Exceeded our expectations.
The reservation executive was so compassionate. Wifey was in hospital and we could not check-in in time and whilst booking.com was useless and heartless, the hotel showed empathy and did not charge us for one day.
Nevertheless, we had an incredible experience and was very supportive and take good care of my wife. We will highly recommend this place and such services are not provided everywhere in India. Thank you

The hotel is located in a prime location very close to the airport. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and welcoming, making my stay a memorable one. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with all the necessary amenities provided. The hotel also has a great selection of dining options, serving delicious food. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

According to price point it was not good at all. Staff is also not good at behaviour. At this same price one can get big and clean room with breakfast at some other nice hotels in aero city but Novotel, I am not recommending to anyone. They show very nice photo of their reception but rooms are very small and not cleaned.
