It is just a 4 minutes’ drive from popular Candolim, Baga & Calangute Beaches and is graced with a view of the Candolim Hillocks from the pool side and restaurant. Guests can also use the facilities of the nearby Novotel Goa Candolim. Free WiFi is available. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. They had everything you could crave, and the staff were more than welcoming and accommodating, assisting us with whatever we needed from extra requests to local sightseeing spots and the best shopping locations. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The pools around the resort were lovely and clean although there could be a little more activity for kids. It is a great walking distance from the beach and theres plenty to do around the resort location.

Everything from the start to end was exceptional. The courteous and pleasing staff ensured we were pampered to the core. They went over and beyond to make us comfortable. It would be unjust to not name the stalwarts, namely Prachi from reception, Sanjib, Nupur and Subhadra from the restaurant, Nandan from housekeeping and not to forget the amazing blokes, Francis and Melroy from the bar. These folks were absolutely amazing and Novotel is lucky to have them. 10 stars to these folks.

Not at all recommended. The room size is big that’s all about it. The room and the hotel is not maintained at all. Spiders all over. The breakfast is mediocre. Food is served cold. The swimming pool is dirty. They front desk staff is in attentive. While checking out we had to bring our luggage by ourselves, no one offered any help. We booked this hotel over many in that location as it was a Novotel hotel! But this was no where a Novotel standard ! Please don’t ruin your holiday by staying here!
