Modern clean, well serviced and very comfortable room. Every staff member from the security to the lobby to the restaurant to the housekeeping was amazing. At the restaurant, we were treated like VIPs and had amazing food and choices. I have never enjoyed my stay in Mumbai so much! Thank you Novotel for going above and beyond!
It’s imperative that the rooms are as per the cost charged. Rooms at Novotel cost a bomb and the quality and the size of the rooms is extremely disappointing. It’s not worth the price at all. The kind of room I got, I shouldn’t have paid more than 10k total for two days. The room was extremely basic and the variety of the breakfast offered wasn’t too much or great. Disappointed completely.

The location was great. It was right on Juhu beach and the area was upscale. Hotel was very pleasant and staff were very friendly. Food was great. We particularly enjoyed the Chinese restaurant that was on site. Foood there was amazing. Staff Aditya and Vishal from this restaurant were great hosts. It was great 4 night stay at Novotel.
