Amazing chap at reception, we do not remember his name, but he is a genuine asset for the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality. I saw a few negative comments about the breakfast but this was excellent with traditional Spanish item.

Great location. Wonderful apartment with two gardens. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful. (And he makes delicious nougat and chocolate.) The appartement has his own garage.

Outstanding experience. Property was very well stocked and immaculate. Great location in the old town walking distance everything. We had a late arrival and the manager was very helpful to facilitate this.

The location is excellent. Close to everything super market shops and easy to walk to the old town. Not far from bus terminal.

In the San Sebastian Old Town district of Donostia-San Sebastián, close to La Concha Beach, Apartamento El Reloj features an open-air bath and a washing machine.

The apartment is on a perfect location. It is spacious, clean and very convinient for us, a couple and a dog. They had prepared such nice book with tips to us and we really enjoyed our stay in San Sebastian.
