This hotel is fabulous! The rooms are really spacious and the beds/pillows are very comfortable. A separate toilet and spacious bathroom were lovely. The traditional Japanese breakfasts were delicious, with meal inclusions changing daily. The proximity to the train station, information centre and restaurants was all terrific!

Very beautiful place, room is spacious with hotspring bath in the bathroom, staff is friendly as well. There are 2 big open-air private hotspring baths and a foot-bath on the rooftop, there is a free-flow of beer distributor at the lobby. The ryokan is just right opposite the old town, and within a kilometer walk to restaurants in the main street, it's very convenient, we love it!

The owner, toshi-san was amazing! He showed us the city and cooked a delicious Dinner! I could buy my favorite pokemon cards from him. The guesthouse has the perfect location, just 10minutes to the city center, but on a hill so you have the perfect view. All the rooms hat a Anime theme, what was amazing. Everything was very clean and comfortable! Best guesthouse in japan!

We loved everything about this ryokan! The room, the onsen, the food, and the service were all excellent. We felt as if we were staying in a 5-star hotel with very attentive and considerate hospitality. The generous and delicious kaiseki dinners and the abundant teishoku breakfasts were a highlight.
