SingaporeIt was super cosy and they provide yukatas for you to wear area the property. The Onsen had an indoor and outdoor one, and I really enjoyed it! The dining was amazing, you get a private area for breakfast with everything beautifully prepared (it’s done with so much finesse and love). I highly recommend the dinner Omakase too, it was such a great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming down to Komagane. You can take the bus from the JR train station and it stops right outside the hotel. Was so happy I chose this place to stay for 2 nights. :)

United StatesIn addition to the public onsen, we had a Private onsen, which was just lovely. The meals were exceptional! !I don’t eat meat, and the kitchen modified my meal, which was delicious kaiseki style.

We came late by train and they immediately offered to pick us up. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice onsen. Our best breakfast in Japan, very traditional. In the morning, they brought us to the bus stop by shuttle.

Had an amazing stay. The staff were all exceptional and welcoming. The traditional japanese breakfast and dinner were the best we had in japan. The Onsen was beautiful.

We loved the dinner served, the wonderful onsen, and the serene location very close to the bus station for the Kmagatake Ropeway. The service was impeccable as well.
