Staff was very helpful and the stay was comfortable. The night cap was pretty cool. We didn’t use the onsens or anything but we enjoyed our stay. They had lockers so we could keep our stuff in them. All I will say is dinner and breakfast was a little pricey.

This places really only big downfall is the location. Though I will say it would have been easier if we had a car. Other than that the onsens and baths were amazing, it was quite not a whole lot of people were there. It was off season so no breakfast or anything was offered but they did have other things to buy and eat. Onsens were nice and hot and they had a tea soak it was quite nice.

Firstly we were greeted warmly as we came to check in. Everything was explained clearly and we get to choose the yukata with our size. The rooms are tatami style with a super comfortable futon. The food was a set of Japanese dishes that is really good and the onsen was awesome. Overall we love the authentic japanese ryokan experience.

The staff were super friendly and the restaurant inside the hotel is very nice. Not expensive! Very affordable. And the breakfast was delicious, a mix with Japanese and western style dishes.

Very friendly staff, the room was very quiet and clean, the bed is comfortable; I got half board meals, very delicious ; there are a few onsens you could use any time, relaxing; the hotel offers free shuttle from and to the train station too. Recommend to all and will be back with family too
