Most spoke/understood a little English, however one person on staff was very good and was very kind to help us. Location was perfect in the middle of noboribetsu onsdn with walking distance to Jigokudani. Food was classic multicourse ryokan menu, mainly different fish. Our room was spacious and comfortable enough. Onsen was great with possibility to rent 50 min in private onsen.
