I enjoyed my stay in this lovely place. The room was spacious and the view from my room was fantastic. Very close to the train station and restarants. The hotel offers best facilities to recover after a busy day: spa with great view and the convenient stores nearby to get anything necessary, most importantly both open all night! Very friendly and responsive stuff. I am looking forward to come back again in december!! :))

The staff where unbelievablely kind. I let the lady at front desk know that we got engaged and she gave us a welcome cake and when we were checking out even gave us a hand written card! When we ate at one of the restaurants the staff even took a photo for us and printed it. Honestly they made our stay super magical, and that's not even considering the garden which is out of this world!

Location was perfect for me, as I arrived at Haneda Airport at 1am and needed a place to spend the night. The staff were extremely helpful with the check in & check out process, and explained everything that I needed to know about the hotel, the room, how to use the elevators, etc. The room was very unique and beautiful, blending the typical Western-style business hotel design with traditional Japanese furnishings (e.g., 'chabudai' / traditional short legged Japanese dining table, shoji screens, etc.) There is also a Lawsons convenience store right next to the hotel entrance within the airport, which is super convenient for those late-night cravings. I also ended up adding the onset ticket to my booking which was 100% WORTH IT, highly recommend (it's open 24 hours)! Overall, it was a great experience!

This is a superb hotel in Akihabara, in a quiet part of the Chiyoda ward but also an easy walk from the main train station and metro (ten minutes) and Electric Town (fifteen minutes). The hotel staff are very friendly and efficient and know the neighbourhood well, and the room itself was great. There is free coffee in the lobby and drinks and snacks available later in the day, and the hotel breakfast was one of the best I've had in Tokyo. The room price is also fantastic, especially considering the tourist-popular locale. Definitely returning!
