The location could not be more central to Vila do Gerês. The hotel is beautiful, the room was huge and the bed was really spacious and comfortable. I slept like a baby and I'm quite fussy about beds and mattresses. The shower/bath was big, the water hot and with good pressure, lovely bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice too, European style with some eggs, pastries, fruits, cured meats etc. Would definitely come back again ☺️

Beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and comfortable house with great outdoor areas. Really quiet location but only 10 to15 minute walk to nearest village which has a great butcher, little supermarket, bakery and a couple restaurants. Vila Verde also nearby by car (Uber also really easy/cheap).

We loved this secluded place in the little mountain village. Just make sure you have rented a small car, the roads are veeeery narrow! But we LOVED this place, the owners and would definitely recommend it and come back!

The house was so beautiful. It had 2 rooms upstairs, with a kitchen and dining area, downstairs it has another bedroom, bathroom and living room. In a separate building next to it, there is another bedroom and bathroom. The house was very quirky, keeping traditional construction, it was very clean and also very warm, with heaters and air con. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The house has beautiful gardens, with a small river running through, a swimming pool and lots of places to sit and relax. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself is charming, with an abundance of flowers that create a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the moment you arrive. The availability of parking was a convenient bonus. Although we only stayed for one night, the quadruple room provided ample space and comfort for our family. The entire property was impeccably clean, and the ambiance made us feel right at home. The staff were super welcoming, and the owner was especially attentive, ensuring that every guest was well taken care of. The pool isn't at the hotel but is conveniently close. In summary, this is a fantastic little spot—perfect for a cosy and welcoming stay
