The facilities are absolutely world class. The amount of detail and quality gone into the finishings of the room and hotel venues was mind blowing. Every time we come to Bangkok we are amazed that the next hotel is always an improvement on the previous ones. Most importantly the staff were best in their field. Shout out to Palm from the Gym who is fantastic with the kids and as well as being super accomodating during our workouts. Also a special mention to Sign at the Lumpini shop for providing valuable local knowledge and friendly conversations and a warm welcome. But all staff from all areas of the hotel were fantastic and made our stay that extra special

The hotel is fantastic, especially if you travel with kids. It is not located in the area of the malls, but in a quiter area with a direct train to the city centre. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the train station which is 5 minutes away (walking). The rooms facilities are great, with a separate bathroom for each room, a washing machine with a drier. Drying racks were also provided by the hotel, upon request. Everything is clean. There is a nice swimming pool and on the same floor also a hot tub with a Jacuzzi.

The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The the hotel is very clean. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Everything is very modern. They have flat screen TVs large with cable. There's a swimming pool on the roof with beautiful views all around of the entire city of Bangkok. There are chairs to sit in on the roof to enjoy those views. The housekeeping is very kind and friendly and always has a smile on her face. The management is extremely professional., kind, and understanding.

Nice clean hotel, free shuttle bus to a few near locations, receptionist was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and excellent at her job.

Location and facilities were fantastic. 10mins walk to the nearest MRT station, Launderette, gym/pool, convenience store nearby and so on. The riverside pool was very nice. We will definitely come back again next visit.
