Breakfast was fine. It was great having a swimming pool. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. The position next to the hyper mall was a bonus because it had its own entrance and exit from the hotel. However, from our perspective, for us the location was a mistake; I hadn't realised there were several Klagan hotels, and thought I was booking in the city centre. That meant longer rides into the centre (but a quicker getaway leaving for Mt Kinabalu and Poring Hot Springs!)

Just 'down the road' from Poring Hot Springs, so a good location for those wanting to spend time at the Hot Springs (warning park closes at 16:00hrs, despite Sabah Parks website stating 17:00 hrs, so we missed the only attraction in town). A quiet location with very friendly host family. Each room had an ensuite but the kitchen and TV room were in common areas.

Really nice place to stay and close to hot springs and canopy walk

The lodge is perfectly positioned to enter the hot springs, literally by the entrance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A really nice little lodge. It was better than what I expected.

Excellent service, good value for money, great restaurant, nice location (close to Mt Kinabalu and right next to the Poring Hot Springs complex).

The owner and his wife are local and really helpful with sorting out whatever you need. We ended up renting his van last minute to do a trip down to the Annah Rais longhouse and hot springs. The private room was comfortable and the place has a lot of character. It's right by a bunch of great restaurants, including, one of my favorite - Rice King.
