Really polite and friendly staff throughout the bar and hotel. Cocktails in the bar are fabulous and very well made! Very clean room and hotel with lots of thought towards getting ready, plenty of mirrors, place to put hair straighteners, towels are fluffy, and cleaning takes place daily.

Communication with the owner was great, helped us out with access immediately. Very clean and a great central location with the gorgeous Greenhead Park across the road. Have suggested a mirror in the main room would be beneficial near a plug socket, but not a deal breaker!

Great location if you want somewhere close to the city centre and it's also close to the train station, not just that the hotel was very clean, the staff very helpful, I would 100% recommend this hotel. Its a walking distance from the train station and the city centre.

Nice spacious room, very clean. Nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. We had something to eat which was very nice and a good choice of food. The lady who served us was very pleasant and chatty. A nice welcoming hotel and pleasant stay.
