The baths were so lovely and accommodating of kids. The breakfast was amazing and different everyday. We didn't try the dinner as it was quite expensive and our kids can be fussy (and loud...) but it smelt amazing!!!!

We felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, and having a private onsen was a real bonus. They arranged both Japanese and French dinners for us, which we thoroughly enjoyed—truly the best of the best.

The location is fantastic. We stayed only one night and it was a luxurious experience. The public baths on the rooftop were quiet and clean, with a small sauna room. The staff was very kind and helpful and let us leave the luggage after the check-out time to allow us to go around the city a bit.

The good part was that the our room is a separate building, good quality in food, and onsen. The place is clean and nice, with full of Japanese onsen vibe. What I really like was the pace of food they prepare and serve. Never rush, or late, just good in a timely manner. And of course friendly staff.

This has been my best experience ever in Japan. This ryokan is a peaceful oasis where everything is perfect: the quiet atmosphere, the warmth of the owners, the beauty and comfort of the room, the luxury of the private onsen, and the delicious breakfasts and dinner. Truly unique hotel, that looks over the local stadium with stunning views, with the mountains behind. It was spacious, modern and was nicely furnished. The facilities were terrific, including spa, pool, sauna and onsen that looked over the mountains and stadium. Nice bar and restaurant on the top floor as well. Close to the tram stop and about 15 min walk to the Nagasaki station. Very happy with our stay
