This location is a bit outside of Hiroshima, but very easy to get to by cab or train. The facilities were beautiful, and our room was comfortable with very thoughtful amenities and a beautiful private onsen. The main lobby has bountiful snacks and an incredible sake selection, as well as tons of other beverages that we could help ourselves to as we pleased. Both of our meals were so delicious, much more food than we were able to eat, and our whole party got to share a private dining room with an open hearth. This was truly a wonderful experience, and I would recommend anyone to book here and make the trip!

Definitely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked three nights one week before the trip, which was planned for my mom’s 60th birthday. Mr. Chen who works at the reception was always being helpful, arranging everything nicely and smoothly for us, confirming everything details in advance. And all the staff we met during the stay were really the ones who made our trip unforgettable. My family really enjoyed the stay. The dinner experience is perfect!

The public onsen bath is amazing, with excellent view toward the Miyajima island, good for welcoming the sunrise! Rooms are spacious, the only downside is the bath does not have a bathtub, but it's also quite small shower room.

LiVEMAX RESORT Aki Miyajima is voorzien van kamers in Miyajima, dicht bij The great Torii en Momijidani Park. Hotel is wat hoger gelegen tegen berg aan, in een rustige buurt. De warme baden waren in een andere locatie in het hotel waren perfect. We hadden een kamer met traditionele bedden (slapen op futons) en daar moet je wel tegen kunnen 😉. Het totaal van het totaal, behalve de lobby, oogt wat versleten. De wifi was matig, behalve in de lobby.
