The atmosphere is great, in particular the ability to use a private onsen one of which is located outdoors with forest view. The hosts - Satoshi and Elizabeth are great and really helpful. They helped us with planning our day trips and were really nice to us. We ate breakfast, and it was great and worth the price. The rooms are big and comfortable, with all the required facilities.

Onsen is exceptional - I was nervous about getting access but it was never a problem. Breakfast is great and very filling! Location is wonderful - right next to the Ganman-ga-fuchi abyss. Very peaceful, short walk to restaurants.
