Free WiFi available throughout the hotel and free on-site parking is available. Free pick-up service is available from Kawaguchiko Station upon request. Loved everything about this place! The hospitality of the staff was exceptional—truly on another level. We thoroughly enjoyed the kaiseki dinner and breakfast, both of which were outstanding. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s worth every yen. I had my first onsen experience here and it unforgettable (in the best way possible). While it’s technically public, the hotel has only 13 rooms, making it feel almost semi-private. I had mine at 6 AM and had the whole place to myself! 😉 P.S. Free shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko Sta.
