Property was very clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect (just a short walk to shops/bakeries and 20 mins to the old town). I wish I could give more than 10/10 due to the fact of the owner being fantastic. Not only did he give us great tips on what to do, directions, and a map, he made our travel 1000 X simpler by sorting transport to and from the airport and to day excursions at a fraction of the cost I could find elsewhere. Absolutely fantastic, will highly recommend this place for a stay in Budva :)

Good location, close walk to the beach and with shops near by. This hotel is very very clean and we always had new towels everyday as well as clean bed sheets. It was also very quiet in the hotel which was great as we were able to sleep well without being woken up.

What I liked most was the place and the people who worked there. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable.

The land lady and her family are amazing. She is very kind and very helpful person. All of the rooms are very clean and the location is best. There is a view and the feeling is at home. I can say that my best booking experience tiil right now. I am really glad to meet them. I totally can say as being a froign person you should experience to stay at their place. I am really appericate to them. Thank you for all. I will visit them even I just pass Budva to somewhere.

Modern apartments, all very clean. Good pool for everyone to access and hot tubs on the deluxe apartments. Staff were great booked us taxis as and when needed. Breakfast was provided in the price which was a great bonus and was lovely.

The room was simple but confortable and very clean. The shared bathroom was also spotless clean and had a great shower. The small kitchen had all supplies needed and came in handy for quick meals. Location was really convenient for the bus station and a 15 minute walk to the old town. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Overall, really liked our stay.
