Very friendly family run hotel with helpful staff excellent breakfast. Having the hot spring bath on every room is areal plus as you can soak in after the long day

Fantastic to have in room hot springs. Perfect location being right opposite Xinbeitou MRT station. Innovative in room amenities such as isotonic drinks, and notable consideration of sustainability by having communal water fountains instead of providing plastic bottles. Fantastic breakfast options.

Nice for a hot tub bath provided, so can enjoy the hot spring within your in-house bathroom. The location is good enough closer to Beitou market for breakfast & travel to some famous hot spots.

The hotel was located very near the Xin Beitou station, with convenient stores, restaurants right next to it and across the street was the Beitou park. The staff were quite efficient in handling the crowd, there was a separate line for guests who were just going for the hot springs. The breakfast was great as well. Overall we had a comfortable stay and the price point was reasonable.

Daily replenish of drinks and sweets and daily happy hour drink. Substantial breakfast (there is even bubble wine). Dinner were very good (had shabu shabu & western) as well.
