Location is amazing. The whole setup is very well done and comfortable. Felt very safe and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and kind. Rooms were great with the best views! Added benefit of a swimming pool & pool bar was well enjoyed.

Great place. We felt welcomed from the first second. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Just lovely. The place is surrounded by beautiful nature. You have stunning views from the garden. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Breakfast and the restaurant is awesome. We can highly recommend this location.

The host is wonderful! What a sweet lady. The location is perfect. If you have (younger) children with you, this is the place! Great outdoor space and options to sit outside when it rains. The breakfast was really good and for diner we had multiple good options to choose from. Great rooms showers and comfy beds. At our stay we had really bad wheater but still a great stay! Extra +There is a (really) small shop nearby. It has some beers soda and vodka, cigarettes fruit en vegs and some basic household stuff +A few tracking routes start nearby the hotel. +Great rural place ++And again, the owner, she made the stay so good!

I have stayed in many places around the world, but here was unmatched. Being right in front on lake Sevan was serene, and the cabin felt like home, I was sad we didn't stay longer just to sit out on the porch more.

Wonderful lakeside cabin! Everything was perfect — clean, peaceful, and just as described. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!
