My friend and I walked the Transcaucasian Trail, and at Lu-Na we found more than we expected. The house is very comfortable and has an amazing view, but what truly made the difference was the incredibly warm welcome we received from Ani, Hayk, and Artak. We felt like guests in the truest sense, and we had the chance to talk with our hosts and sharing even breakfast, learning a lot about Armenia and its culture. I sincerely recommend a stop at this guesthouse, whether you're a hiker or simply someone who loves nature. Thank you so much for the great experience, the delicious food... and for the lift to Vayk!

Loved the warm and flexible staff. The communication was great and they welcomed us twice! The first time was before out hike and then after. The location is beautiful and has all the facilities you need - a big table on their terrace, grill, comfortable chairs to hang out in and a pretty garden.

The Grand Resort Jermuk Hotel meets the highest standards of comfort and quality. We were at the hotel for 3 days with a treatment program. We liked everything. We did not see any disadvantages. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The treatment is done by experienced professionals. Kind smiles, quality service - that's what we saw at this hotel. Jermuk has an unusually beautiful nature. The mountains, the grand waterfall, the mountain river, and lots of trees create a special atmosphere of rest. I've stayed in other sanatoriums and hotels with more delicious cuisine than in this hotel. But everything is edible, the assortment varies. There are a lot of national dishes. I would especially like to mention the friendly attitude of the staff towards the guests from different countries. These are guests from India, Russia and other countries. It's very nice.

Mariam was the star of this stay. A wonderful host that shared so much precious insight on Armenian culture, history and traditions. We chatted forever! The property is secluded and quiet which is exactly what we needed. There are a couple of rough patches driving up and the last few meters before the property is a dirt road but don’t let anyone scare you because it’s very easy to reach even with a very low clearance car as our rental. The food prepared for us for both dinner and breakfast was simply amazing. Tasty and earthy and home grown. Too bad we stayed only one night.

Gnishik is literally right at the end of the road, you can go no further, but the Eco Lodge certainly makes the journey worthwhile. The gent who let us in and gave us the keys was very pleasant and helpful and communication before arrival was excellent. It was made clear that the location was remote and that we would have to bring our food and drink with us. This was fine and the shared kitchen was very well equipped. We had a lovely en suite room upstairs with wonderful views from our balcony, especially of the beautiful rose garden in the back garden. We were also lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a problem with the WiFi in the early evening, but it was quickly resolved and worked very well for us after that; not good enough to stream, but perfectly well for browsing, emails, etc. We parked in the drive in front of the Lodge, but there are zero security concerns. If you get the chance to visit, then we strongly suggest that you do. The drive south from Lake Sevan is truly spectacular. The last few kilometres of road were pot holed and slow going, but perfectly accessible if you drive slowly. Overall, this is a wonderful place to enjoy nature and relax and we loved our visit. Very highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night during two-days travel by car around Yerevan, took two rooms, including a room under the roof - it provides greatest view on surrounding snow mountains. The town itself is nothing special, but it is resided in proximity of several must-see Armenian attractions like Noravank and Areni wineries. If you start rom Yerevan and add e.g. Khor Virap to your first day program, this hotel is ideal place to spend an evening and go north to Sevan next morning. This small hotel provides unexpectedly high level of service for these places, it is very cozy and thoughtful, and boasts stunning view of the mountains at sunset and at dawn. Don’t give up an amazing dinner - you will not find anything even close around, the hostess cooks amazingly, and the host will treat you to local wines and tinctures, thanks to which you will feel even more comfortable sitting at the table next to the fireplace and gaining strength to continue your journey tomorrow.
