The apartment is located in a wonderful area — not right in the center, but very close to it, with everything easily accessible. The host was amazing — thoughtful, attentive, and provided clear self check-in instructions. There was even a lovely welcome treat waiting for us! ✨ The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, and feels like a little cozy island where you instantly feel at home. The host kindly mentioned that the building is still under construction, but that didn’t bother us at all — as a photographer, I actually loved it! It was a real surprise to find such a stylish and soulful apartment in a place like this. The peace, atmosphere, and special energy of the apartment were worth everything — it feels like being in the mountains, yet the city center is just around the corner. The place was very clean, it was open yet still private, and the staff were extremely friendly. Mary was especially helpful and can speak English. It's located a little outside of the center of the city, but I could still get to Downtown Yerevan easily by bus or taxi. I'd definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Armenia.

This small, new hotel exceeded all expectations. Though not in the city center, it’s quiet, well-located, and offers unbeatable service. The rooms are super comfortable with top-notch facilities, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. Amazing value for the price—I’d gladly return anytime!

Had the pleasure of staying at Mankus Eco Park, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is breathtaking I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. The on-site restaurant served really tasty dishes, prices are good, and the breakfast buffet was a feast of both local and international flavors. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes – you won't be disappointed. Horses were awesome and the ride was unforgettable. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo adventure, this hotel has it all.
